Hi, Jim, yesterday at the State Lib I picked up an index/census from 1850 TN. There is a Joseph Webb listed from Sevier County. "WEBB, Joseph 32, Lycia 40, Absalum 13, Perry 10, Milas 7, Clerisa BRADEN 15, Elizabeth 5, Wilson 1, Hannah BREEDEN 85, Rebecca HURST 60, William 23 T T, Se-94-780" This index is different than others I've used, the " T T" is born in TN, both parents. Se= Sevier County, 94 is the family number, and 780 is page number on the census. Let me know if you need me to hunt this down on Heritage Quest. Is the Jasper Webb that married Charlotte Phillips in 1852 your Jasper? An amazing couple, they didn't seem to age much between the 1860 TN census and the 1870 TN census, did they? Yet the children are all 10 years older!
