Richard Webb was born somewhere in Kentucky (maybe Barrren Co.) in 1827. He died in Perry Township, Marion Co. (Indianapolis) between 1860 and 1870. I think that his father was also named Richard Webb. I have found a Richard Webb on the 1810 and 1820 census index for Barren Co. KY. I am going the the FHC and try to find him on Ancestry.Com. If I am right, his father would have been born 1800 - 1809. They seem to have lived in Fairfield, Columbiana Co, Ohio from 1820 to 1840 on their way to Indiana.
