Not sure if this helps any,but I found the name Barton Webb on the 1850 & 1860 census for Roane Co., TN. I have a DNA match for Roane Co.,but haven't been able to link any of these folks listed on the census as being of that same Webb line. The Barton Webb in Roane Co.would be older then the 4 yr.old that you have in Meigs,but maybe the name was handed down,just a thought.
