His children were born in Bedford Co., Tennessee and then he and all children moved to Benton County, Arkansas in the 1850's. His children were Thomas Franklin Webb, Willliam Woodson Webb, Stephen Bedford Webb, Frances E. Webb, Sarah Jane Webb, Mary E. Webb, Susannah W. Webb, Zulima Webb and Robert Isaiah Webb.
