Thanks so much Anne!! Yes, it sure does help. I am pretty sure that this James W Webb is the father of my grandfather Arthur that I could never pinpoint. I find him in Carroll Co in 1910 and Judge L so this would be the JL and JW Webb's that signed Arthur arrest bonds in Carroll Co. GA I found the family listed as I posted in 1900 in Al and am on a search for them all. Also, the Lovella Webb listed under James W Webb and wife Frannie, could be the one of my clues. The only living aunt that was a half sister to my mother had written me a letter years ago before I was really searching and told me that Arthur had a sister named 'miss Ellie" and she lived in Hogasville Troup Co. I am finding connections to this also. I think I can say that I am on the right track this time. I surely do appreciate your kindness, let me know if I can ever do anything for you.
