Hello, >From what Myrtle Lynn Weaver Felts wrote in her book "Our Weaver Family" she says that James Peter is the father of Daniel Weaver b. 1724. The Will of Samuel Weaver dated 1769 in Cumberland Co., Va is said to be the brother of James Peter Weaver. The other brothers of these 2 are Isaac Weaver, & Joseph Weaver. Isaac Weaver is said to have had a Biography done on him. He apparently served in the French and Indian War. He also is said to have fought in the Rev. with Gen. George Washington. James Peter Weaver is said to have had 6 sons. The names of 3 of the sons are Peter Weaver, David "Davey" Weaver, & Daniel Weaver. Does this connect with anyone? Thankyou Michael R. Foisset
