Bass, Jr. The chapters are set up by counties and begin with the first family of Weavers that came into that county/counties and gave information as to where that particular Weaver was born, i.e., "Chapter 9, The Descendants of John Weaver and Elizabeth Cook: Wilkes, Butts & Muscogee Counties". It begins with "Generation No. 1 - 1. John Weaver was born about 1650 in VA. He married Elizabeth Cook in Surry, VA, the daughter of William Cook, Jr. and Joane Roper, etc." It gives their children and then follows the generations. I give this particular reference as this is my Weaver/Jarrett/Washington line. The book can be ordered from: James K. Bass, Jr. P. O. Box 723552 Atlanta, GA 31139 Happy Hunting!
