I am looking for any additional informatio on my WEAVERS, any descendants of my WEAVERS and any general information Weavers of Bucks Co., Pa. (for instance..where did they come from???)...also any historical informaton on the township of Tinicum in particular would be helpful. Great thanks. I have a Jacob WEAVER I (b. 1746, d. 27 Dec. 1820 in Tinicum (aka Nockamixon, near Erwinna), Bucks, Pa.). He was a Capt. in the Rev. War and taken prisoner at Fort Washington, enlisted in the Capt. Nicholas Patterson's Assoc. Co. of Tinicum Twp., Pa. of the 3rd Battalion... He was married to a Sophia SPADER and also, Hannah HARRISON (m. her on 1 Feb. 1768). Jacob's children are: Daniel, Christian I, Moses I (m. Nancy H.), Isaac I, William (b. Tinicum, m. Sarah, d. 11 Mar. 1858 in Tinicum), Henry, Hannah (m. Jacob VANDERBILT), Dianna (m. Samuel COOPER), Mary Ann (m. Joseph HEANEY), and John...he was born c. 1785, m. Elizabeth MCCALLA and d. 30 Aug. 1836 in Tinicum, Pa. John WEAVER and Elizabeth MCCALLA's children were: Jacob II, Moses II, Samuel, Christian II, Isaac II, Hannah, Rebecca, Naomi and Brice M (b. 25 Aug. 1808 in Tinicum, m. 26 Sept. 1825 to Anna TROLINGER, d. 7 Nov. 1882 in Tinicum, Pa.) Brice M. WEAVER and Anna TROLINGER lived in Erwinna, Bucks, Pa. Brice was a boat and shoe maker, Anna a schoolteacher. She was "fond of her bike." Their children were: Martha (b. 9 Aug. 1826 Tinicum, m. 20 Feb. 1847 John MCCLAIN, d. 31 Dec. 1913) Elizabeth Trolinger (b. 4 Oct. 1827, m. Joseph SCOTT, d. 1904) William J. (b. 26 Jan. 1829, m. Mary B., d. 19 May 1892) Christopher F. (b. 7 Dec. 1830, m. Saloma TETTEMER, d. 7 Oct. 1912) Clara/Claricy (b. 24 Jun 1832, m. Edward LOVETT, d. 1924?)
