I am researching Johann Michael Weber (Weaver) (born 12 June 1806 in Bavaria, Germany). He married a Catherine Rosine Baumann (born 12 February 1808 somewhere in Wurttemberg, Germany), and I have a copy of their marriage license. On December 22, 1837, John Weber of Monroe county, IL (receipt number 5402) purchased 40 acres of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ section 13, T3S, R8W for $50 in Monroe county. Johann Michael Weber died Oct. 27, 1856. Their daughter Elizabeth Weber eventually married (3rd husband) a Johann Rudolph Blatter, my great grandfather. There is conflicting information in the Ancestrail file = Johann Michael John Weber has an AFN of 18FP-M3 and a Johann Michael John Weber has an AFN 18FP-M3. I think they are the same person though because Johann Michael Weber?s last name is listed as a dual last name - JOHN WEBER Any comments/ideas/thoughts/ Cherlynn Thomas
