I am envious also of you Mohawk Valley descendants. The Weaver's are numerous in Union, Anderson and probably were in Knox prior to Anderson Co being formed. Some of these Weaver's were born in the 1700's, in VA & NC. I think they are the same Weaver's. Some went first to NC and some came direct to TN or what would become TN. They have the same names, Lydia, Jacob, John, James Elisha, Elijah, Nancy, the names are identical? Does anyone know of the Weaver's who came to NC and TN.?? Although some came from VA to TN.
