Elizabeth Zullnerin, 6/13/1791; d. 11/15/1824. (Elizabeth Weaver, b. 1764; resident of Fulton Co., NY. on 1/18/1841.) Children: Gertraut, b. 6/?/1791; Margretha, b. 5/21/1792; Elisabetha, b. 7/20/1794; Catharina, b. 5/13/1799 (m. [?] Coughnut); Margretha, b. 5/11/1801; Jacob, Adam, Peter, and Frederick. [Gertraut and Margretha Weaver were the only two children not living in 1844] Nicholas performed his military duty as a private in the Tryon Co. Militia during the war. (Revolutionary war Pension Abstract: W15860) The 1790 Census for this are shows an Adam Weaver in German Flats; M 16+=1, M -16=2, F=1. The dates suggest this is a different Adam Weaver. Weaver, Nicholas P., (of Johnstown, NY), will dated 10/23/1824; probated 4/23/1825. Legatees: wife, Elizabeth; sons, Jacob, Adam and Peter; daus., Elizabeth and Katherine.
