Here's the deal about the CD: I am going to take all of the gedcom files submitted to me and burn them onto one single CD, then make copies of the CD. Everyone who receives the CD will get all the gedcoms that are submitted by August 29th, but I will appreciate your sending them by the 15th if possible so I can get started. The $5.00 reservation fee for the reunion will entitle you to a copy of the CD and a printed list of surnames and researchers. If you can't attend the reunion but want a copy of the CD and list, please send me an email to that effect. We would hope that you will also send your gedcom file for inclusion on the CD, but it isn't a requirement. For simplicity's sake, and to cover the costs of producing and mailing the CD and list, the charge will still be $5.00, even if you aren't able to attend.
