Can anyone advise if Capital Hill is still an active cemetery? If so, do they have an office where I could contact them by phone or e-mail? I am looking for place of burial of Sarah HERITAGE who was in the 1870 census in Cambridge City but does not appear in the 1880 census of IN. Her husband, Jonas Heritage, died 26 December 1856 and is buried in Capital Hill Cemetery. Source: Volume III of Beverly Yount's TOMBSTONE INSCRIPTIONS IN WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA. No other members of this family are listed in the Yount work. Sarah would have been about 74 in 1880. Her married daughter and a grandson who had been living with her were in the 1880 census in Dayton, OH so it's possible she died 1870-1880. Would appreciate any help. Hazel - Venice, FL
