What a great idea! Today on another list I am on they did a different kind of roll call. Instead of just putting your family line people listed various things about themselves for example: name- Monica age- 38 where you live- rural Illinois (south east of St. Louis, MO) places you have lived- New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon, Indiana, Germany family members- spouse and 2 sons, 8 & 9 alumnus- Southern Illinois University (BS Engineering) & University of Phoenix (MBA) hobbies- quilting, computer stuff (including genealogy) favorite food- steak, chocolate occupation- production manager of a workshop for the handicapped pets- 2 dogs & several chickens places you have traveled- Western Europe, Canada, Arizona, New Mexico places you would like to travel- Hawaii your connection to the list- My husband's grandmother, Antonia (Toni) Witte came to Richmond from Germany in the 1920s. My relatives also came from Germany to Richmond around the same time.
