Hi, Here is a link to more historical biographies with people connected to Wayne County, Indiana. Lora Radiches was the researcher who found these in lots of different books. One book she found on Ebay, and it had no cover or date but was full of Indiana biographies. I found some of my ancestors in these including one from the Wayne County, Indiana Pigott/Pickett family. All of these have some connection to Wayne County, and if you click her name she has many more from other Indiana Counties and places. I send the information to all the above because my ancestors were in all at one time or another & I think they were all formed from Franklin county ? I forget which was first , anyway to those who are " extra anxious " . --> Dont send me multiple e-mails { it is confusing ] . This book has NO index so I am reading an making my own index as I go . This takes time & I cant do this everyday . I have my own list of all the surnames sent and will send when and " IF " I find something . So , expect to spend some time [ months ] waiting . If you dont see youre surname then I didnt find anything . I have to many e-mails to answer everyone individually --> yea or nay . This is very time consuming but the book is very interesting with accounts of indians and their captives . Hope everyone had a nice holiday :) sheri
Hi: A point for those who may really care. Morrisson-Reeves Library has in their reference section, a book which shows that the Comers, at least, and I am sure the Hawkins as well as others, were here as early as 1807. Robert Comer had a mill on the east fork of the Whitewater River. I live not too far from there. I was surprised to learn I had Quaker ancestors. Marlene

Hi, Does the Wayne County book mention these names? Thanks!
Hi, My name is Charles Brown and I was wondering if there were any Isaac or David Browns listed in your book. I know Isaac lived in Wayne county with his son David for quite some time, and maybe even died there. I found a city directory showing both living in Dublin in 1876. I thought maybe you might have some info on them. Thanks.
