At the bottom of the picture, it has the Wayman Photography logo, as well as C.S. (then the other letter/letters are torn off on the side). May stand for C.S.A. (Confederate States of America). I believe the picture is of an ancestor on my Goddard or Foster blood line. Fosters were mainly in Fayette/Nicholas, while Goddards were in the Greenbrier area, before moving to Fayette in the 1870's. Do any of you have Wayman ancestors who were photographers?
