I don't have a specific date, but an educated guess that it's between April and November 1919, in Walla Walla. It would be his first marriage and her second. She was the daughter of Annabelle and Louis Decrevel, and he was the son of Thomas and ?? Daly. Both were born in Minnesota, Blanche on 9 April 1893; Lionel in November 1890.
