He was an under-coachman to Duke & Duchess of Somerset. I have had trouble in tracing him because I only have a few details about him. My great-grandmother Elizabeth Andrews (of Marylebone, London) and James were engaged for 2 years when she became pregnant in 1880 and he disappeared. She never found him. She had to give up their child after a year and put him into care where he was given the name of Richard Eason. Any help appreciated. I've just found a 71 year old James Tuite from this state in the searches. born in Ireland.He is exactly the right age. Says he emigrated to USA in 1888. Any help appreciated!
