I am the daughter of Dorothy Alice Sheff (daughter of Charles and Lida Ann) and your Father's cousin. Another cousin (Susan Sheff Cavallaro - daughter of Walter Farlow Sheff and another Dorothy) have been doing Sheff and Farlow research. As a result, I found you on this message board. We have all lost contact with your Father (his choice I guess), but I was in constant touch with Aunt Ernie up until she passed away. Susan lives in San Jose, CA and I live in Park City, UT. This last fall we met in San Jose to scatter my Mom's ashes. We visited the cemetary where Charles, Lida, and Wm. Farlow (a 1st Sgt in the US Cavalry in the Spanish American War) are buried.
