Mary Meeker recommended this book about Prescott by Linda Flathers Parsley about the town of Prescott. I got it through InterLibrary Loan, and it's a real winner. Didn't recognize the one Waggoner, and not much info on the McGrews. But a lot on my Fender family. Took it to the family reunion today and my Fender second cousins spent most of the time pouring over it! I highly recommend it for anyone who has family from there from 1850-2000. My question has to do with the availability of the book for sale, now that the author has died. Mary, do you know if the publisher still has copies? Does anybody else on the list know? This is a 400 page book, full of pictures, with a great index. It should be on the bookshelf of everybody interested in the northern part of Walla Walla Co. Thanks, Doris Waggoner Seattle
