I have reason to believe that Louisa was the wife of Cleveland C. Rodgers, and that their family was in the process of moving to the northwest from Bartholomew County, Indiana. Unfortunately, the BLM documents don't provide a home address for the purchaser. I was wondering whether anybody has access to tax records of that era that might help me confirm or disprove my theory? Many thanks
