His death cert shows he dies in Grays Harbor on 7 Mar 1949 and was burries in Walla Walla cemetery 9 Mar 1949. I have searched for this cemetery, and it appears it does not exist. I have viewed all the transcripts for all the listed cemeteries in Walla Walla, he is not listed in any of them. Anyone know any history, I am at a loss here. Thanks...Candy Cox (Black)

She would have been born in the early 1950's. The only other clue we have is her mother's name, which was Romane or Romaine. Unsure of spelling. Not even sure if they were from the Walla Walla area, but know my uncle spent some time there in the mid/late 1950's. He was a Canadian soldier when he met and married Romane/Romaine. He then shipped out to Korea. They divorced sometime c1958-1960 or so. Not much info, but unfortunately is all we have! Hope someone recognizes them. With appreciation for any help. Toni ... John Martin's parents were James and Rebecca Martin of Pickaway County, Ohio and later Davis County, Iowa. Nancy A. Owen Martin's parents were Samuel and Margaret Chance Owen, last living in Wapello County, Iowa. I'd appreciate any information about Clay Deen Martin or any other members of this family.

Hi every one. I am researching Edison grade school in Walla Walla for the years of 1933-38. I am in hopes write an article on the school for this time period. I am in hopes of class photo's, newspaper articles and any one out there that once attended to chat with me. My mom attended this school. She is Valgene Mang. Her twin is Maxine. Cousins Loraine, Louise and Duane Mang. Mom passed away two years ago. If alive she would be 77yrs. I have the article about the Chicken play that was given, seemed to be a hit of the day during this time.
