Kathy, I looked in the Hall book for Oconto County. The court house burned Sept. 1907. It states the fire started in the tower and roof, and destroyed the upper part of the building. It mentions nothing about the transferring of records. This maybe why we have been unable to locate a will or probate for my gg grandfather. Thank you for information.
