I guess I should have been clearer in my posting. I DO NOT have any genealogy history available for the city of Waupaca. I CAN tell you recent events and look up phone numbers for you only. I have bombarded by requests to look up 1800 era items. Can't help you there. Sorry.... Debbie Nelsen
