Gottlieb Martin born March 25, 1879 Died July 5, 1945 He came to this country from Bremen Germany in October 1901. He was the son of Louis & Maria (Jessa) Martin. He married my Dads older sister Mathilda (Zellmer) Martin. My Dads Aunt Emilie (Fergin) Diet married Louis (tietz) Dietz on January 3,1902 Gillett Wis Louis parents were Jacob & Charlotte (martin) Tietz Dietz. Jacob born in1829 or 1830 in village of Schtefanoff near Lublin Poland They had two sons and a daughter Louis Michael and Pauline. His first wife died and he married Charlottes 15 or 16 year old neice Rosalie Martin. Their children were Emelia, Adlph, Ferdinand Gustav Christian & Edward. Gottlieb Martin was a nephew to Charlotte Martin Dietz .
