Hello, Is Floral Hill Cemetery located in Waupac County. My ggrandfather is buried there and I have been hunting for his descendants in Octagamie County on the 1900 census and none was found. My grandfather, his children and his brothers and sisters were living in New London at that time, and should have been on the census. My grandfather also had land in Lincoln and Oneida in 1886. Should I look at the census for all of WI to try and locate the descendants? Are there records of the 1885 & 1995 census for Octagomie County and Waupac County? If there are records for 1885 & 1995, they may help me to pinpoint the time that two of his sons died and when the youngest was born. In the 1890 census none of the children were in the household. Also, can I get a birth certificate if I don't know the exact date of birth, and I am not sure of the county. The family was living in Bovins township at the time of his birth. Please excuse if this is not the proper format for this group. I am new to genealogy--seven months. Thank you.
