Yes, this would be the correct family. My grandmother Mattie Waugh Fisher was the daughter of Napoleon Bonaparte Waugh and she was from Kentucky. I know quite a bit from the time she was an adult and married my grandfather. Unfortunately I don't know anything about her parents (other than names) or anything about her siblings so would be interested in learning more. I think I do have a vague recollection of the mention of Morgan, which I am taking is her brother but it is a very vaugue memory. Unfortunately my father, Mattie' son, was an only child and died almost 13 years ago unexpectedly so I never had the chance to ask him about his roots, which as I grow older, have become of much greater interest to me :).
