VA and yes, he had a son Napoleon Bonaparte Waugh who went to Kentucky. Napoleon's son Morgan Robertson married Sarah Elizabeth Toombs, they had two children, Mary Helen Waugh (married Lyle Knapp - my grandparents) and Morgan Stuart.
