Just ran a check at Ancestry.com and didn't come up with a Marion born in 1900. I did find one born in 1938. Did he go by another name? Also, do you know where he was living in 1930, so that there is a cross check of information? Where do you live just out of curiosity? I know that for myself, I live in Texas but all my research is in Pennsylvania (my Waugh line included) so research for me is predominately online and at the library.
