Author: bakerjeb Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.waugh/842.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: thanks for the infor - i didn't realize that "Mahala" was such a common name until after I did search in census records Marriage of James Waugh and Mahala 1838 seems about right - my records have Millie Ann born 1839 in Indiana - i believe she was first born, as is Pemelia by record one world tree and some public trees have this same info on the watsons - settled in Henning, Ross Twp, Vermillon Co, Illinois George Watson and Millie Ann Waugh were married in 19 Apr 1858 Vermillon CO; Illinois - James their first born - 1859 they had approximately 13 Kids - Oliver Perry being my Grandfather. When George died in 26 Jan 1896 - Millie Ann married her husbands older brother Jacob 02 Apr 1896 this info for Obediah and Barbara Watts sounds more realistic then others for Pascual watson and Mary Mains thanks for the info jb Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
