My Uncle, Morgan S Waugh (your first cousin), is interested in contacting you directly. I am forwarding him your message. Morgan and his wife, plus me and my son and my sister and her family went to the Waugh Family reunion in Orange, VA this past June. We met several extended family members and took a side tour of the family home where Napoleon Bonaparte Waugh (your great-grandfather) would have been born. His father, Charles S. Waugh, is buried in the family cemetery on the property. The property is still in family hands and occupied. I hope you don't mind but I am attaching a photo from about 40 years ago. I've labeled the family members including your grandmother Mattie Fisher, although I think she was married to Ed Jones by this time. My brother and sister and I are at the very bottom with my mother (your cousin) Mary Helen Waugh Knapp and her brother, Morgan S. Waugh. Your uncle, Morgan R Waugh, is at the far left with only his leg showing. My mother died in 1966 from colon cancer. I still need to track down info Aunt Nell's two husbands. I don't think she had children, but I could be wrong. At any rate, I don't have her married name(s). Connie Knapp Thompson great-granddaughter of Napoleon Bonaparte Waugh Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
