WAUGH name in upstate Troy NY, Renesslaer Co. My GG Grandfather was Henry Irwin Waugh and he had a Son Named James who also had a son names James and at some point moved to down State NY. James, (Farther) also moved in with his son when he retiered and most likly was laid to rest there. I belive that there were relatives there most likley Henry's Brother or Sisiter as there was no sibleing or relatives up here of Henry at all. This may be a long shot but you never know....
