My dad has the the last name waugh, and he lived in Alameda, California his name is Clemons Lee Waugh. He died when i was 11. Trying to find were my last name came from and who also has it. I dont know much about my father. my family are creole on my moms side and i dont know bout my dads side. All i know is his last name and he had a different father than his other sibilings.
