One fought for PA troops, married Mary Douglas, and migrated into VA. The other came from the UK, probably Scotland, fought with Augusta Co VA troops, and lived in what is now Pendleton Co WV, probably dying there 1792-1794. His widow Mary and children Samuel, James, Jacob, Alexander St Clair, Jane (McCarty) and Peggy (Grimes) moved to part of Bath Co VA that became Pocahontas Co in 1821.
