Hi Peggy, Hope you remember me. You were a great help in helping me find some of my missing Waughs. I am related thru Sarah EllenWaugh, the Granddaughter of Jacob and Elmirah McNeil. I have been to the Springfield Library and found some items about the Waugh Families that you may find interesting. I also have a question about Rebecca Lin Waugh. I have her born on 3-24-1835 in Ohio, daughter of James and Fidelia Briggs is this correct? Was she married to someone by the last name of Short? She may also be a connection to my Sells Family.
