WAUGH (b. 1860s, ME) who married Effie AZLIN/AZZLIN is found in the 1910 and 1920 censuses of Weld Co., CO. I have found a widowed John William WAUGH (æ 60, b. ME) in the 1930 census of Los Angeles, CA, who may be the same man. He appears to have had two sons, both born in Colorado: James WAUGH, b. 1901/2, and Earl Edward WAUGH, b. 19 Jun 1904, who lived in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA.
