    1. Re: [WATTS-L] Brick wall Watts
    2. Hi, Listers: My 5g grandfather, William WATTS, "appears out of nowhere" in 1737 at Falmouth, ME USA and marries Margaret McLellan. They move to Boston, MA and have 3 children (John, Samuel, and Elizabeth). Margaret is probably the daughter of Bryce McLellan and Jane who emigrated from Ballymoney, "North Ireland" in 1719 to the Wells, ME area. Margaret was born in transit. I have no family information for William before this date. The only clue is that some genealogy entries say he came from "Northern Ireland" and "was born before 1720". I'm looking for his parents and siblings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dick Watts rlwatts@webtv.net Sponsor of RootsWeb http://www.rootsweb.com Watts: http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Foothills/5212/short.html Genealogy: researching in MA, ME, NH.
