I have a Benjamin Franklin Watts born 11 Dec 1823 in TN possibly in the area of Maury or Giles County. I have reason to believe that his father may have been a Lewis Watts born ca1798 VA. Lewis and Benjamin F. Watts are both found listed in Giles County 1850 census. Benjamin F. married first Nancy E. Robinson 1850 Maury Co, TN. By 1856 Benjamin F. was in Weakley Co where his son Benjamin F. Watts Jr was born. Benjamin F. Sr married 2nd Elizabeth Rhoda Miller in 1859 in Weakley Co, TN. Sometime between 1873 and 1884 the family moved to Ozark Co, MO. My Benjamin Franklin Watts, Sr had sons Benjamin F. Jr, Robert E. Lee, and Thomas Jefferson Watts also 4 daughters Cora, Sarah, Mary Ellen, and Mary Susan. (a Mary by each wife). I would appreciate corresponding with anyone who knows anything about this family.
