James Winston Watts moved from Bedford County, Virginia to Lynchburg in 1868, a very influential citizen of that community and quite wealthy. Does anyone have any information on this Watts Family, as I am trying to complete this portion of my Watts Family File? He was a Business Partner of my Great- grandfather Benjamin R. Markham of Bedford County, and was a cousin to my Great-grandmother Jane C. Lee Markham who was the daughter of Thomas Newell Lee. of Bedford County, Virginia.
