Hi First time on this list. Trying to pin down a birth and confirm a fathers name for Walter Watts born abt 1874 in St. George, Bristol. Great confusion on fathers name, but on marriage certificate, it came up as Walter as well, can't seem to locate a Walter (head) on the 1881 census.
