Diane I hope you enjoy your stint as administrator of this list. I am not exactly new to the list but have simply changed my e mail address. Most of the WATT's I have read so far are US based and I am in the UK as are my ancestors. I only have a few WATT names as follows William born Stroud, Gloucestershire in 1819. He married Mary (surname not known) b 1822 in Ireland They had a daughter Jane Ann Watt (my great grandmother who married John Dixon in Hull) born in St.John, Canada in 1847. They also had a son William born in 1853 in Leeds. Well that is the sum total of my WATT line and I would like to expand on this. I do not know why Jane Ann was born in Canada or what William was doing there. William was a master tailor. Incidentally this is my first posting to this list as I never got round to doing anything on my old e mail address. Victor
