Hi folks ! I'm wondering if there is anyone amongst you who can help me with a Watson puzzle. I have a William Henry Watson b either 1860 or 1862 Crawford, Missouri. He married Mary Ann Stever of Illinois, in 1889, Portland, Oregon. On the death certificate for William is listed Philip Watson, VA, his father and Sarah Ellen Cooksey, VA, his mother. No other info. for the parents. Somehow or another, I believe my Watson family ties in to the following Watsons also in Missouri : Zachariah Taylor Thomas Watson m. Mary Nancy Sarah Ann Cooksey 6/23/1855 - 12/22/1939 1/18/1855 - 2/25/1921 ( He's possibly the son of John Watson of KY or Thomas M. & Jane Watson per info I received ) Louis James Watson m 2/14/1900 to Louisa K Goad Watson originally residing in Sligo then moved to Lead Belt. Marvin Lee Watson, son of Louis James and Louisa K Watson b 12/7/1907 Leadwood. Other names somehow involved, but having even less info on are : Nellie, Eva, Doro, Bess Aldrich, Mary A and T Melvin or J Melvin Watson also from Missouri,in Oregon 1888 or earlier.
