Best guess with available info is Wm Wattson,d1769/70,Will in Lancaster,PA. Courthouse. Wife Sarah??? Note the double tt.Appears only in the Will. The only double tts I've ever seen on a Watson. Run out of places to look! Any help truly appreciated!
