I am looking for information on the James Watson family of Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Blair Counties in Pennsylvania. James Watson was born abt. 1820 and died in 1898. He married Mary A. White (abt. 1830-1895). They both were born in Huntingdon County, lived a short while in Mifflin County after their marriage abt. 1852, and then were drawn to Altoona, Blair Co., PA, probably by the railroad. Their known children were: James Henry b. 1853 Thomas E. b. 1856 William F. b. abt. 1859 John Smith b. 1862 Clarissa M. b. abt. 1865 Elnora S. b. 1875 I have some information on Mary's family, but know little of James' family. I know that James had a brother named John, born abt. 1820. Anyone who may be related in any way or can shed any light on this family would be a blessing. I will gladly share any info I have.
