I know that my great grandmother Elizabeth WATSON was born 1870 at Sunderland, and that her father worked as a coal minor before died pre her marraige date of 1892. Elizabeth passed down stories of how her brother was a bare fist fighter. I have looked at many WATSON families, and through the process of elimination I think I have narrowed it down to one family in Sunderland's 1881 census. 3 New Brandlinds of Sunderland.
