In response to Connie Brubaker: I have relatives who were born in Smithfield, VA in 1826. One in particular is Thomas A. Watson who moved to Washington Cty, TX by 1870 where he married a Hester Allcorn. From there they raised their children and moved to New Orleans, LA about 1890. I can't seem to find his relatives either.
