If you have not already done so, you may want to check into the Catholic Church records available for the parishes in Tipp and Waterford you are searching. The lookup page at IGW http://www.worldgenweb.org/ireland/lookups.htm may help you find the parish. Nenagh is the parish for Tipperary, I was not able to find the parish for the location in Waterford definitely in my Ryan book (Irish Records).. it looked too close to the border of several for me to say for sure.
