My interests are with KING AND FITZGERALD. James King married Mary Fitzgerald also known as Anty. They had five children. Thomas born 1811 Kilmacow (kilkenny) James b 1815, Mary 1816, Margaret abt 1827 and Catherine b 1839. unknown birth place poss Portlaw, Waterford. Margaret was sent or selected to come to Australia as a Female Famine Orhphan 1850 from the Workhouse in Waterford. - A James King went to Canada (PEI) before early 1840's. Thomas King married Mary Donovan from Kilmacow and they also emigrated to Aust in 1854 with their five children. Would love to hear from anyone also researching this family.
