Reposting my research interests. My interests are in all QUILTY families from Waterford. My Francis QUILTY was born c1800 Waterford City but I have absolutely no information on his background before 1817 when he was convicted in Kilkenny and sent to Australia. It is possible that he was an orphan or that other members of his family migrated to USA or Canada. It seems that I am only likely to trip over something from another family.
