William Lannen was baptized at Stradbally in February 1838. He was the son ofJohn Lannen who was the Land Agent at the Carrickbarrahane Estate. William migrated to Sydney Australia in the 1850s. His sisters went to Philadelphia. William's mother was Catherine Prendergast. I would be grateful or any Lannen or Prendergast information. I was told many years ago that all Australian Lannens were related, and I am trying to prove it. cecilyR.
